Can testing guarantee that software has no bugs?
No. Testing provides evidence about the scenarios covered and helps identify risks. Coverage, environments and limitations should be documented so release decisions are based on what was actually verified.
Should every test be automated?
No. Repeatable checks on stable workflows often benefit from automation. Exploratory, usability and some device-specific checks still need human judgment. A useful plan balances the two rather than maximizing test counts.
Can you add tests to an existing project?
